Here at Tri Limits we train all year round, there is always some form of activity going on that no matter
your fitness level you'll find something or someone to join in with.
Many of our members meet up Virtually for a spin on certain training sites, but even if you dont have or want to pay
for these you can usually follow along by just listening to our coaches instruction via your phone.
Our bunch of Atheletes are into various types of running from 5km up to ultra distance on both road and trail
giving you a huge varirty, choice and a wealth of knowledge to help each other tri out or branch out into another sport.
Ohh and if for nothing else just join in for the fun and bants....

Bike Training Cycling: Sunday bike groups meet @ 8.45am @ Oaks/costa Dungannon car park Group c - up to approx 13 mph. Group B - approx 15-17mph Group A - approx -17+mph. Other mid week Turbo sessions take place in winter months. |
